On vector bundles on nodal reducible curves.

Abstract. Let C be a complex projective reducible nodal curve. A compact moduli space for semistable vector bundles on C can be obtained by considering also depth one sheaves on the curve and by fixing rational weights on each irreducible component. In this talk we will introduce the topic and we will give a description of an irreducible component of this moduli space when C has two smooth
irreducible components and a single node, under some numerical assumptions on the multidegree.
