Objectives
The aim of the course is to exemplify, through the construction and
the analysis of various mathematical models relating to different fields of biology
and medicine, the potential of interdisciplinary collaborations on the basis of a common language.

Examination
Oral examination
Prerequisites
The basic knowledge of Numerical Analysis and in particular the algorithms solving differential problems.
Syllabus
Will introduce the basics of constructing a mathematical model and several examples will be presented. We shall dwell 'also on the procedure for identification and validation of a mathematical model.
