Objectives
The course introduces the fundamental elements of Mathematical Analysis concerning sequences, series and real functions of one variable.

Syllabus
A brief review of elementary notions of logic and set theory.
Real and complex numbers, Euclidean vector spaces: metric and topology.
Limits for sequences and functions.
The concept of continuity and its main applications. Compact and connected sets.
Convergence of series and infinite sums.
Differential and integral calculus for real functions of one variable.
